I had a death in my family and have been out of touch for two weeks, and didn't have time to put a message in my email. Sorry. The plan was that Bob was going to create a sample instance document with what he thought were the relevant fields, hopefully based on the existing schemas, and that I would then convert that to schema format. Bob and I chatted about it a few weeks ago and he said it was still on his radar, but was going to be a bit yet before he got to it. Bob could probably comment more specifically on his plans. If you would like to start and submit something instead, I think that would be great. Thanks for pushing on this one....
