[eml-dev] eml style sheets in morpho

Matt:

Since the style sheets in morpho are the same ones in eml, I will create 
new dir -style/eml210, copy the eml 2.1.0 release style sheets to the dir and 
rename them. I will see how emlroot.xsl will be going.
