[eml-dev] Style sheet for transforming eml 2.0.1 to eml 2.1.0

Hi, Marget:

I developed a style sheet which can transform eml 2.0.1 xml document to 
eml 2.1.0. It is in morpho module now - morpho/xsl/eml201to210.xsl.

It hasn't been able to handle access module change yet.

It can handle embeded dataset/software/cication/protocol correctly.

Would you please take a look?
