Hi, Margaret:

I just checked a new version of eml201to210.xsl into eml cvs. The new 
code fixed a bug that the style sheet only threw a warning message, but 
forgot to copy the element to the output when it hit a element which has 
whitespace value.
For example:

If it hits <keywordSet><keyword> </keyword><keywordSet>, the output will 
be: <keywordSet/>.

It is a severe bug. So I am wondering if we should move the release tag 
RELEASE_EML_UTILS_0_9_0 to the new check-in file or we should have a new 
tag? By the way, have we had a official announcement of eml 2.1.0 release? 
I didn't read an email about this.
