[eml-dev] Some typos in documentation in EML 2.1

Margeret,

While it is clearly not a significant issue, I happened to notice that  
the word "describe" in the eml documentation is often misspelled. This  
is from EML 2.1 RC4

Here is one example:

  <doc:description>A resource that describes a data set, which can  
include one or more
                   data entities such as data tables and spatial  
images (raster and vector). If
                   included, this represents the primary resource that  
is desciribed in this eml
                   document.

It might be worthwhile to run a spell checker through each module.
