[eml-dev] EML 2.1.0, request for vote on release

Hi Margaret,

Thanks for all of your hard work on this release.  I truly appreciate
your dedication to the community as reflected in all of the work you
did on our behalf in getting this release ready.

Overall, I vote to approve the release of EML 2.1.0.  I have gone
through and fixed a few minor documentation errors that I encountered
while reading the specification.  Here's what I updated:

1) members.xml was updated to reflect the current set of active EML
Project members
2) default.css was updated to increase the body margin to 10px to
improve readability
3) index.html was updated with a link to the old eml 2.0.1 standard
for archival purposes
4) eml-210info.html was updated with some minor typos fixed
5) eml-access.xsd was updated to clarify and fix the access
documentation, and fix the referencing example in the access example
