Subject: monarch module changes

As many of you know, I moved the location of the Monarch CVS module to 
the CVS server at cvs.ecoinformatics.org today. This is to take 
advantage of the additional CVS services that are set up there, as well 
as consolidate our products there.  The old module still exists but is 
now inaccessible.

As part of the process, we gained two new mailing lists that are open to 
public subscription:

   monarch-dev at ecoinformatics.org
       http://www.ecoinformatics.org/mailman/listinfo/monarch-dev/
       Discussion of monarch features, software design, and development

   monarch-cvs at ecoinformatics.org
       http://www.ecoinformatics.org/mailman/listinfo/monarch-cvs/
       CVS logs are mailed for each commit to this list

Please sign up for these lists if you're not already, and begin using 
these mailing lists so that others in the community can participate in 
the discussions.

To access Monarch from now on, you'll need to use the following 
information for CVS:

CVSROOT:      :ext:username at cvs.ecoinformatics.org:/cvs
CVS_RSH:      ssh
module name:  monarch
Write access: jones, berkley (others can be added when needed)
