I got some feedback, based on which I have sent the following information to Matt: ATTENDING: Bowers, Shawn Ludaescher, Bertram Rajasekar, Arcot Stockwell, David Wang, Jenny Yu, Yang Zhu, Bing NOT ATTENDING: Goguen, Joseph Sui, Liying Vianu, Victor Please let Matt (jones at nceas.ucsb.edu) and myself know ASAP if you're not in the right category. (Also: Did I miss anyone?) Matt has made a hotel block reservation based on the above data. Also note that the character of the meeting has changed somewhat: instead of the original "All-Hands-Meeting" (having a "reporting/presentation flavor"), the schedule and agendas have been revised to make this a "Technical Meeting". For those who can/need attend only part of the meeting (e.g., a GSRA interested in KR/SM but not EcoGrid), here is the current overview.
